Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
At Brixels, we are committed to building you an effective website with no stress. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to give you complete peace of mind, making the process truly risk-free.
Eligibility for a Refund
Our guarantee is tied directly to our simple 3-step process. A refund is available for your initial deposit of £250 under the following conditions:
- Before Final Payment: After we have completed your website and sent it to you for review, you will have the opportunity to approve the design and functionality. If you are not satisfied with the website we have built for you at this stage, you may notify us in writing before making the final payment. We will then process a full refund of your £250 deposit.
Please note, once you approve the website and make the final payment, you are confirming your satisfaction with our work, and the Satisfaction Guarantee will no longer apply.
Exclusions to the Refund Policy
The following situations are not covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Subjective Dislikes After Approval: We cannot offer a refund for subjective reasons (e.g., a change of mind about the website’s design or layout) once you have approved the site and the final payment has been made.
- Performance-Related Concerns: While our websites are built for performance, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, such as a certain number of new jobs or a fixed increase in revenue. Our refund policy does not cover dissatisfaction based on business results.
- Third-Party Services: Our refund policy does not cover issues with third-party services, such as domain registration or hosting, once they have been purchased and set up on your behalf. We will, however, assist in resolving any issues with these services to the best of our ability.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time. However, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be deducted from your deposit. The Satisfaction Guarantee offers the only path to a full refund of your deposit, subject to the conditions outlined above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the terms of this policy, please email us directly at help@brixels.tech with your project details and a brief explanation of your reasons for dissatisfaction. We will review your request and respond within 5 working days.
