    Written quotes follow an inspection or photo review and stay valid for 30 days. The price we agree is the price you pay unless the scope changes, which we will always confirm with you first.

    We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work agreed; we are not responsible for pre-existing damage we document before starting.
